The Platform is owned and operated by VSimplifye Technology LLC (having its domicile in United Arab Emirates) and together with the Platform, is referred to collectively as “VSIMPLIFYE” in this Privacy Policy. References to “we,” “our,” and “us” in this Privacy Policy means VSIMPLIFYE. References to “you” and “your” means persons or users initiating logins or those reviewing or using the Platform through the login in any manner.
This Privacy Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.
The Platform provides a wide range of qualified, virtual services including bookkeeping services,
controller services, tax services, CFO services, (our “Services”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy
Policy”) provides information about our personal information processing practices in the context
of marketing and selling our Services to prospective customers, providing our Services to our
customers, and operating our business.
Like other similar technology platforms, we may collect information from our visitors and users,
including personally identifiable information (your full name, e-mail address, phone number,
professional experience) and non-personally identifiable information (e.g., aggregate statistics
about what parts of our Platform are most popular).
This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about our information collection practices on this
Platform such as:

PLATFORM ACCESS
This Platform collects information from its visitors and users in 2 ways: actively and passively.
Active information collection refers to instances in which we gather information from you when you register as a user on the Platform, or if you sign up for an electronic newsletter, or if you send us a message via an e-mail reply mechanism provided by this Platform. Majority of the Personal Information we collect is collected directly from you. In some cases, we
may collect Personal Information from third parties in the ways described in this Policy.
Directly From You or Your Representatives
When you or your representatives or authorized users ,access, use or otherwise interact with our
Platform, or otherwise engage with us in connection with our Platform, such as when you create an
account with us or request additional information, we may ask you to provide certain Personal
Information.
Automatic Data Collection
We may collect certain information automatically through our Platform, such as your IP address,
mobile carrier, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device
when you access the Internet.

We may receive information from Third Party Services when you choose to sync your VSimplifye account with an account on a Third Party Service.
We, or third parties acting on our behalf, may also receive Personal Information about you from other third parties, such as other users of our Platform, including without limitation, Customers and other uses of our Platform such as your accountant, bookkeeper, tax preparer or other business customers using the TALLY Platform, Intuit Platform, Zoho, SAGE, XERO or such other accounting and other softwares (e.g., businesses from which you buy products or services, or with which you otherwise interact). We may also collect such personal information through features like member referral programs
Additionally, when and if you make or attempt to purchase our subscriptions through the Platform, we collect certain information from you, including your name, address, location or geo-tag
information, email address and phone number.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
The information we collect from you will only be used to provide you with services available
through the Platform and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as specifically
disclosed to you at the time you provide the information. We reserve the right to use, store or
disclose personal information provided via this Platform as necessary to respond to your requests,
help and facilitate your bookings on the Platform, comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal
processes, and law enforcement inquiries, as required by litigation, to take precautions against
liability, and protect the security and integrity of the Platform and the safety of its users.
We will not sell, lease, transfer, share, or otherwise permit access to your personally identifiable
information with any third parties other than as described in this Privacy Policy.
All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information not will be stored and shared,rented or leased to any third parties
We reserve the right to sell, lease, transfer, or otherwise share without restriction aggregated, deidentified, and other non-personally identifiable information regarding Platform usage, sales, traffic patterns, demographics, and other statistics about our Platform or those from whom we collect information via the Platform.
For clarification, since the Platform is a book keeping platform does not intend to, and will notshare any financial information relating to you to any third parties other than those with whomthe platform is integrated or stores the data in the cloud hosting service providers.
The primary purposes for which we use Personal Information are:
Customer Service and Customer Communications. We may use Personal Information to (1) providecustomer service and support, (2) respond to your requests for information about our Services, and (3)send you emails, calls, and text messages to provide you with alerts and updates about your engagementwith the Platform

Marketing Purposes. We may use your Personal Information to advertise and market to you including notifying you of special promotions, sweepstakes and contests, opportunities, offers and events through e-mails, and other means. We also use Personal Information to serve you targeted ads.
Law Enforcement/Legal Purposes. We may use Personal Information to cooperate with law enforcement or other legal purposes including: (1) complying with legal and regulatory requirements; (2) cooperating with law enforcement or other governmental agencies for purposes of investigations, public safety or matters of public importance when we are legally required to do so or believe that disclosure of Personal Information is necessary or appropriate to protect the public interest; and (3) protecting and defending against legal actions or claims.

Disclosing Information to Third Parties
To operate our Platform and provide our Services, we may share your Personal Information with
certain third parties including:
Service Providers. We may share Personal Information with service providers. For example, we may share Personal Information with vendors to help us hosts such as AWS and manage our Platform.
Third Party Services. If you choose to sync your VSimplifye account with an account on a Third Party Service, such as Tally,Intuit, Zoho etc., we may share your information with that Third Party Service.
Business Providers. We may share Personal Information with our business partners and affiliates for our business purposes or to provide you with a product or service that you have requested. We may also provide Personal Information to business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you
Marketing Partners. We may share Personal Information to facilitate the delivery of targeted ads, promotions and offers to you, on and off the Platform.
Parties to Business Transactions. In the event of an anticipated or actual merger or acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of our assets, we may transfer or allow third parties to use information owned or controlled by us, including Personal Information. We reserve the right, in connection with these types of transactions, to transfer, share, assign, or sell your Personal Information and other information we have collected to third parties or to authorize such third parties to use any such information including for due diligence as part of any of the transactions described in this paragraph. Any Personal Information you submit or that is collected after this type of transfer may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by the successor entity.
Government and Law Enforcement. We may share your Personal Information with individuals or
private parties where necessary to enforce and comply with the law, to protect our property or legal
rights, for the safety of the public or any person, to prevent harm, and to protect the security and
integrity of the Platform.
Professional Advisors. We may share Personal Information with our professional advisors, such as our attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and business advisors, in their capacity as advisors to us.
Other. We may share Personal Information with third parties at your request or with your explicit
consent.
Analytics Tools
We use third-party analytics tools, including those listed below.
Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that assists us in understanding how our
Platform is used. Google Analytics will place cookies on your device that will generate information
we select about your use of the Platform, including your device’s IP address. That information will be
transmitted directly to and stored by Google. The information will be used for the purposes of
evaluating use of the Platform, compiling reports on activity on the Platform for our use and providing
other services relating to activity on, and usage of, the Platform. Google may also transfer this
information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the
information on Google’s behalf. Google’s practices with respect to the Personal Information collected

Google Tag Manager. We may use Google Tag Manager (“GTM”), a tag management system that
allows JavaScript and HTML tags to be quickly deployed and updated on portions of our Platform for
tracking and analytics. We use GTM on our Platform to include Google Analytics. If you have opted

Meta’s Advertising Features. We may use services provided by Meta, Inc. (“Meta”), including, without limitation, Facebook Pixel, that enable us to measure the effectiveness of campaigns served on Facebook. The information collected through those services, which may include the use of cookies or other tracking technologies placed on our Site by Meta, will be transmitted directly to and stored by Meta. promotional, personalized advertising and other text messages to any mobile device connected to your

SOCIAL MEDIA
We shall be active on social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube (“Social Media”). Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Platform and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms before using any Social Media features provided through our Site or third-party websites. We also use advertising networks and services offered by Social Media companies for marketing and advertising purposes. As a result, the applicable Social Media company may drop cookies or pixel tags on your device when you use the Platform as described in the “Tools we use and your Choices” section above
Recordings
With your consent, we may record calls and video conferences related to our sales and provision of our Service. Recordings may be shared with VSimplifye personnel who need to access it for these business purposes. We retain recordings until the earlier of your request that we delete your information (subject to any limitations provided by applicable law) and our determination that we no longer need your information for the purpose for which we collected it.
Security
We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to maintain the security and privacy of Personal Information we collect and use in connection with our Platform. Nevertheless, when disclosing Personal Information, you should remain mindful that there is an inherent risk in the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms. Although we take precautions to protect against the risk of unauthorized access to your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information, including your Personal Information, that you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.

This Platform is not directed to and does not seek to collect personally identifiable information
from, children under the age of 18. Nevertheless, if we are informed that we have collected
information from someone in this age category, we will take reasonable steps to delete that
information subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, without any
